At Eurest, we pride ourselves on being truly responsible contract caterers. We’re serious about sustainability, increasing awareness of our impact to take small steps to a better future. We’re passionate about connecting teams across the country to great-tasting food. All prepared with mindfully sourced ingredients and served by people who care – regardless of whether we’re brewing coffee in creative offices or stocking micromarkets in fast-paced warehouses.
As part of Compass Group we’re making change to fight for our planet, and have a goal to reach Net Zero by 2050.
We’ve made it our promise to be Carbon Net Zero by 2050, a goal we share with the wider Compass Group Australia and global organisation.
From finding ways to reduce waste in our supply chain, to promoting seasonality wherever we can, we’re passionate about making small changes and reaping significant results. Our vision is to match our passion and quality for food and service with our care for the planet.
We’re the first in the industry to publish a Climate Net Zero plan, which is all part of our commitment to creating a sustainable food system.
Responsibility matters to us, and we know that it matters to our clients and customers.
Our focus is two-fold - behind the scenes, it’s about striving to do business in a way that’s good for people and the planet. At the table and the counter, it’s about enabling our guests to make choices that are ethical, sustainable and socially conscious - and to feel good about it.
Our commitment to a sustainable future for all.
It encompasses our values as an ethical, sustainable and inclusive business; the commitments we make to our people, our clients and our suppliers; and our mission to have a positive impact on the world through sourcing responsibly, enriching lives and collaborating for global change.
Stop Food Waste Day is the largest single international day of action in the fight against food waste. Launched by Compass Group USA in 2017, we have worked to grow this day to a global event.
The mission is to ignite change regarding the global food waste issue. We do this by drawing attention to the problem, at the same time educating through engaging with society at all levels and sharing practical, creative, and impactful ways we can all change our behaviour to minimise food waste.
Check out the cookbook, learn more about the day and how you can stop food waste!
